ENVIRONMENTAL & SUSTAINABILITY SUMMARY

24 no.s of Ponds in CPCB identified water scarcity areas of Birbhum, Midnapore(West), Jhargram and Birbhum(East) have been constructed significantly boosting the region's water sustainability efforts.

These ponds collectively add an impressive recharge capacity of 842501 cubic meters, directly contributing to the groundwater replenishment.

With this initiative, we are on track to achieve 110% of our projected water replenishment goals the year 2025, underscoring our commitment to sustainable water management & environmental stewardship in the area.

BBPL & GAPL are committed towards the reduction of usage of water.

Following & Maintaining the 3R sustainability pillars to achieve our goals. The already adaptive projects are De-NaOH, Backward Recovery, Tertiary Treatment Plant & Zero Liquid Discharge

BBPL proudly secured the 1st position in West Bengal to register Brand owner with GAPL following closely as the 2nd position for the year 2022 & 2023.

We achieve PRR (Package Recycling Rate) of greater than 100 percent surpassing our target of 100 % in the year 2023.

We successfully recovered 10,100 metric tons, reflecting our commitment towards Environmental Stewardship.

Placing of Reverse Vending Machine (RVM) & bottle crusher at high footfall areas like Railways Stations, Schools & Govt. Places.

We are first to launch CSD in rPET, wrapped with Rshrink Film in WB.
